If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions on your packing slip or contact our Guest Services Department at info@sbjacks.com for credit or replacement instructions. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item with receipt within 60 days of original purchase.

Shipping Information

Mediterranean Deluxe is located in South California and we ship via United Parcel Service. Orders shipped via UPS and FedEx can be tracked online. All in-stock orders should be received within 7-10 business days.

Expedited Delivery: Expedited delivery options are available Monday-Friday for orders to the 48 contiguous states only. Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days. Expedited orders must be received by 2pm ET and are guaranteed for in-stock items only. Sorry, not all items are available for expedited delivery.
